Best Gadgets & Accessories to Dropship in Pakistan

The gadgets that sell best in Pakistan are cheap, useful every day, and obvious in a single photo: phone chargers and cables, power banks, wireless earbuds, phone holders, smart watches, car accessories, rechargeable lights and small kitchen appliances. They move all year, they suit cash on delivery, and the buyer doesn't have to research anything before saying yes.

What doesn't work is the opposite — expensive electronics, anything that depends on a battery holding up, and products a customer needs to compare specs on. Those bring refused parcels, and a refused parcel costs a reseller more than a missed sale ever does.

Below: the categories worth carrying, the ones to skip, how to price a gadget so one return doesn't erase your week, and where to source without buying stock first.

What makes a gadget worth dropshipping

Before the category list, the filter. A gadget earns a place in your catalogue when it passes most of these:

  • It's an impulse price, not a decision price. If the buyer has to think overnight, you lose the order to the thinking.
  • One photo explains it. A phone holder sells itself. A "multi-function device" needs a paragraph, and paragraphs don't sell on WhatsApp status.
  • No sizing, no fit. Fashion returns come from fit. Gadgets skip that whole problem — unless you sell a case for the wrong phone model.
  • Low failure rate. Anything with a battery or a motor can arrive dead. The cheaper the internals, the more often that happens.
  • It repeats or it gifts. Cables get lost, chargers burn out, earbuds get replaced. Repeat demand is what turns one buyer into five orders.

Everything below is grouped by how well it clears that filter — safest first.

Mobile accessories: the safest place to start

Almost every reseller who lasts started here. The buyer already owns the phone, so you're selling something they need rather than something you have to convince them to want.

Chargers, cables and adapters

The bread and butter. Type-C and Lightning cables, fast chargers, multi-port wall adapters, and car chargers all sell to the same customer more than once, because cables get chewed, lost and lent out. Two rules: stock the fast-charging versions rather than the cheapest generic ones (a cable that charges slowly comes straight back), and always state the connector type in your post so nobody orders the wrong end.

Power banks

Load-shedding and long commutes keep this category alive year-round in Pakistan. Mid-capacity power banks with a real-world capacity claim outsell the giant "50000mAh" units, because buyers who have been burned once now distrust the huge numbers. Sell on charge cycles and build quality, not on the sticker figure.

Phone holders, stands and grips

Car mounts, ring grips, desk stands and bike holders. These are the cleanest products in the entire gadget category: nothing to break, nothing to charge, and the use case is visible in a two-second video. Low ticket size, but the return rate is close to nothing, which is worth more than a fat margin on something that bounces.

Cases and screen protectors — with one warning

Huge demand, but model-specific. If you sell cases, you are effectively running an inventory of phone models, and every wrong-model order is a return you pay for. Start with the two or three handsets your own buyers actually carry, and always ask the customer to confirm the model in writing before you place the order.

Audio: earbuds, headphones and speakers

Wireless earbuds are one of the highest-volume gadget categories in Pakistan and one of the easiest to get wrong. The demand is real — students, riders, gym users, anyone on a call all day. The risk is that cheap earbuds fail on pairing, on one-side-not-working, or on battery life, and every one of those becomes a return.

The way to sell audio safely is to carry fewer models and know them. Pick one budget pair, one mid pair, and a small Bluetooth speaker, then test each yourself before you list it. A reseller who can answer "how long does it actually last on one charge" closes far more orders than one posting twelve models they've never opened.

Neckbands still sell well to riders and delivery workers, who want something that survives being pulled off a hundred times a day and doesn't fall out of an ear.

Smart watches and fitness bands

Smart watches are the strongest gift gadget in the country — Eid, birthdays, and results season all move them. They also photograph well, which matters when your shop is an Instagram grid.

Two honest cautions. First, do not repeat the health claims printed on the box: blood pressure and blood oxygen readings on budget watches are not medical measurements, and a customer who bought one for a sick relative will return it angry. Sell them as notification, step and sleep trackers. Second, straps and charging pins are the usual failure point, so favour models with a standard strap size and mention that in the post.

Fitness bands sit at a lower price point and suit buyers who want the step counter without the screen. They're a good second product once your watch buyers start referring friends.

Car and bike accessories

An overlooked category with unusually loyal buyers. Car phone mounts, dash cameras, tyre inflators, vacuum cleaners for the cabin, seat organisers, LED footwell lights, mobile holders for bikes, and rain covers all sell to people who spend real money on their vehicle without thinking twice.

What makes this category work for a reseller is that the buyer is easy to find. Facebook groups for specific car models, bike rider groups, and ride-hailing driver groups are full of people who buy accessories constantly. Post inside a community that already cares about the vehicle and you skip the hardest part of selling.

Home and kitchen gadgets

Electric choppers, hand blenders, egg boilers, sandwich makers, water bottles with built-in blenders, storage racks and cleaning tools. Kitchen gadgets sell hardest around wedding season and Ramzan, and they sell to a buyer who watches a demonstration video and orders on the spot.

Video is not optional here. A chopper doing its job in fifteen seconds sells; a photo of a chopper sitting on a counter does not. If you carry kitchen gadgets, film them working — your own kitchen is enough, and a real hand in the frame outperforms a supplier's studio shot.

Keep an eye on voltage and plug type on imported appliances, and say plainly whether an adapter is needed.

Lighting, power and load-shedding gear

Rechargeable LED bulbs, emergency lights, solar-charged lamps, USB fans, rechargeable fans and extension boards with USB ports. This category has a built-in demand driver that isn't going anywhere, and it spikes hard every summer.

Sell on backup time and charge time, since that's the only thing the buyer actually cares about. Avoid anything involving mains wiring that a customer has to install themselves — an unhappy buyer with a screwdriver is a return and a complaint at the same time.

Grooming, personal care and small electronics

Trimmers, hair dryers, straighteners, nose trimmers, facial cleansing brushes and electric shavers. Men's grooming moves steadily and spikes before Eid; women's styling tools sell heavily around wedding season.

Two practical notes. Hygiene products are rarely returnable once used, so be very clear in your listing about what the buyer is getting — surprises turn into disputes. And on heated tools, mention the cord length and voltage, because that is the single most common complaint after delivery.

Work, study and computer accessories

Wireless mice, keyboards, laptop stands, cooling pads, USB hubs, webcams, ring lights and mini tripods. The buyer here is a student, a freelancer or a small office, and they tend to buy in sets rather than one item at a time.

This category rewards bundling. Someone buying a ring light usually needs a tripod and a phone clamp; someone buying a laptop stand often wants an external keyboard next. Offer the second item at the moment of the first order rather than a week later.

Gadgets that look tempting but cost you money

Some of the highest-margin-looking gadgets are the ones that quietly drain a reselling business:

  • Expensive electronics. The higher the order value, the more likely the buyer refuses at the door — and on cash on delivery, that's a parcel travelling both ways.
  • Drones and anything with regulatory baggage. Not worth the paperwork risk for a solo reseller.
  • Fake-branded accessories. Selling a counterfeit as genuine ends your reputation with one screenshot, and reputation is the only asset a reseller has.
  • Medical-claim gadgets. Anything sold on a health promise it can't keep produces the ugliest returns you will ever handle.
  • Products needing installation. If the buyer has to fit it, they will blame you when it doesn't fit.
  • Single-trend novelties. Fun for a fortnight, dead stock after — and if you bought them, you own the dead stock.

If you want a broader view of what does move, our list of the best dropshipping products in Pakistan covers categories outside electronics, and the most in-demand online products in Pakistan rundown is a useful cross-check before you commit to a niche.

How to price a gadget for cash on delivery

Gadget margins get eaten by two things resellers forget to budget for: the occasional refused parcel, and the occasional dead unit. Price for both or you'll be busy and broke.

Worked example (illustration only — plug in your own real numbers): say a product costs you 1,000 PKR landed and you sell it at 1,400. That's 400 PKR gross on each delivered order. Now assume one order in ten is refused at the door and you carry the return cost. Across ten orders you've earned 3,600 in margin and paid a return out of it — so your real per-order profit is meaningfully below 400, not equal to it. Set your price knowing that, rather than discovering it in month two.

Three habits that protect the number:

  • Don't price against the cheapest listing you can find. Someone will always go lower. Compete on answering questions fast and describing the product honestly.
  • Bundle instead of discounting. Add a cable to the charger rather than cutting 100 PKR. Your margin survives and the order value goes up.
  • Keep a margin buffer on anything with a battery. The failure rate is real; the buffer is what pays for it.

If you're still working out what to budget overall, how much money you need to start dropshipping in Pakistan breaks down the actual costs.

Cutting returns on electronics

Returns are the single biggest difference between a reseller who grows and one who quits. On gadgets, most refusals trace back to something the seller could have said before the order:

  • Confirm the order on a call, not just a form. Thirty seconds on the phone catches the wrong address, the wrong phone model, and the buyer who wasn't serious.
  • Over-describe the product. Colour, size in the hand, what's in the box, what it does not do. Every surprise at the door is a return.
  • State delivery time up front. Local orders land in 3–5 days across Pakistan; China-sourced items take about 10–17 days door to door. A buyer told this in advance waits; a buyer surprised by it refuses.
  • Show real footage. A ten-second clip of the actual product beats any studio image for keeping expectations in line.

Cash on delivery is what makes Pakistani buyers comfortable ordering online at all, so the discipline is worth building. The full mechanics are in our guide to COD dropshipping in Pakistan.

Where to source: local stock vs China

Gadget sourcing splits into two routes, and most resellers end up using both.

Local stock is already inside Pakistan, so it reaches your customer in roughly 3–5 days. That speed is worth a lot on cash on delivery, because the longer a COD buyer waits, the more likely they change their mind. Browse what's available by category in the Markaz product categories, or work through the Markaz shop directly.

China sourcing is where the new gadgets are — the models that haven't reached local wholesale yet, and the ones nobody else in your city is posting. Through Markaz China the freight and customs are handled and orders arrive door to door in about 10 to 17 days, with no minimum order, so you can test a single unit before committing to a product. The running China deals page is the fastest way to see what's currently worth testing.

The trade-off is simply speed against novelty. Use local stock for the everyday sellers where a buyer expects the parcel this week, and China for the differentiated items where the buyer is waiting for something they can't get down the road. Our guide to the best products to source from China goes deeper on picking those, and ordering from China with cash on delivery explains how the payment side works.

How to start selling gadgets on Markaz

Nothing here requires buying stock first:

  1. Sign up free through the dropshipping portal and open the catalogue.
  2. Pick five gadgets, not fifty. Five you can describe from memory beats a catalogue you can't answer questions about.
  3. Set your own price on top of the listed price, with the return buffer built in.
  4. Share where you already are — WhatsApp status, Facebook groups for your city or your car, Instagram Reels. Short demo video, price, and a fast reply.
  5. Order only after the customer confirms. There's no minimum order, so a single unit is a valid order, and you never carry stock you haven't sold.
  6. Markaz delivers and collects the cash, then pays your margin out.

Once orders are steady, widen slowly — add one adjacent category at a time rather than doubling the catalogue in a week. The Markaz reseller programme covers how the earning side works as your volume grows.

Quick answers

Which gadget category is best for a complete beginner?

Mobile accessories — chargers, cables, holders and power banks. The prices are low enough to be impulse buys, the products are simple to explain, and the buyer already owns the phone that needs them.

Do I need to buy gadget stock before I can sell it?

No. On Markaz you place the order after the customer has confirmed, and there is no minimum order, so a single unit is fine. Your money only moves once the sale exists.

Are electronics risky to sell on cash on delivery?

Riskier than clothing only if you sell high-ticket items or over-promise. Stay in the low-price, simple-function range, describe the product honestly, and confirm every order on a call — that's most of the risk gone.

Should I source gadgets locally or from China?

Both, for different jobs. Local stock delivers in about 3–5 days and suits everyday sellers where speed closes the order. China sourcing takes roughly 10–17 days door to door and is where you find products nobody else in your area is selling yet.

How do I know a gadget will sell before I list it?

Test it in public before you scale it. Post one product to your own audience and count the replies, not the views. Two or three genuine questions from real people tell you more than any trend list, and it costs nothing to find out.
