Sell Markaz products on your WooCommerce store

Download a WooCommerce-ready CSV of the products you choose, at your own prices, and load it with the importer already built into WordPress. Images, variations and descriptions come with it. No plugin to buy, no subscription.

  • Built for WooCommerce's own importer — no plugin needed
  • Simple and variable products handled correctly
  • Large exports split into parts that shared hosting can digest
  • Markaz delivers across Pakistan, prepaid or cash on delivery

From Markaz to your WooCommerce store

Four steps inside your WordPress admin.

  1. 1

Favourite what you want to sell

Tap the heart on any Markaz product, Pakistan or China. Your favourites become the catalogue the export tool reads from.

  2. 2

    Set your prices

Apply one margin to everything, or price each product yourself. The door price is spelled out per product: Markaz price, delivery, COD fee, and your profit.

  3. 3

    Download the WooCommerce CSV

Products with one option export as simple products; products with several export as a variable parent plus its variations, using global attributes so WooCommerce links them properly.

  4. 4

    Products → Import

In WordPress, upload the file, accept the suggested column mapping, and run it. Products arrive as drafts for review.

The one checkbox that decides everything

WooCommerce's importer has an “Update existing products” checkbox, and it is unforgiving. Ticked, the importer becomes update-only: any product not already in your store is skipped with “No matching product exists to update”, so a first-time import appears to do nothing at all. Leave it UNCHECKED the first time, so products are created. Tick it later, when you re-import a fresh export to refresh prices and stock. If a file mixes new and existing products, run it twice — unchecked to create, then ticked to update.

Set your WooCommerce store up like this

Currency: PKR

Settings → General → Currency. Export files carry plain rupee numbers with no conversion.

Payments: prepaid or COD

Both work, because you place every Markaz order manually. Match your WooCommerce checkout to how you intend to place it so nobody pays twice.

Flat-rate shipping

Most COD products carry PKR 165 delivery plus PKR 50 cash handling. Configure a flat rate to match, or fold it into prices. Avoid weight-based rules — exported products carry no weight, so those rates would quote wrong.

Import the parts in order

Big exports download as a zip of numbered parts. WooCommerce sideloads every image during import, which is what exhausts budget hosting — run part 1, then part 2, and so on.

The limits. Up to 50 products per export and 100 new products per day. Re-exporting products you already exported never counts against that, so keeping your catalogue fresh is free. The tool itself is free for every Markaz reseller.

WooCommerce questions

Do I need a paid plugin?
No. WooCommerce ships with a CSV product importer and the export file is built for it. Nothing to buy, nothing to subscribe to.
My import skipped everything with “No matching product exists to update”.
That means “Update existing products” was ticked while those products were not yet in your store — update-only mode never creates anything. Re-run the same file with the box unchecked and they will all be created.
Products imported as out of stock with no price. Why?
That is the signature of an older export file, where single-variant products were written as variable parents. Delete those drafts and import a fresh export — single-option products now arrive as simple products carrying price and stock directly.
Why is my export split into several files?
Because WooCommerce downloads every product image while importing, and one large file exhausts the execution limit on shared hosting. Parts are sized to import comfortably; run them in order.
Do my customers see Markaz?
No. Supplier names are left out of the file entirely, and products carry your prices and your own branding.
Who handles delivery?
Markaz, anywhere in Pakistan. Your store's order line carries a SKU identifying the exact Markaz product and variant; you place that order on Markaz and keep the margin.
