Markaz pays the supplier in China, consolidates the shipment, clears Pakistani customs, and delivers to your door. You only ever transact in PKR with one party: Markaz.
No. You pay Markaz in PKR — either online or cash on delivery in supported cities. Markaz absorbs the USD/RMB supplier payment, international freight, customs duties and last-mile delivery in Pakistan as part of the listed price you see at checkout. No bank wire, no freight forwarder, no customs broker needed on your end.
Most orders are delivered end-to-end in approximately 10–17 days. This covers supplier pickup in China, consolidated freight to Pakistan, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery in your city. Individual product pages show the expected arrival date for that item.
Yes — cash on delivery (COD) is available across major Pakistani cities including Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Peshawar. You pay only when the order is at your doorstep, in PKR. Markaz fronts the supplier payment and import costs so you don't have to.
Yes — alongside shopping for yourself, you can resell what you find. There's no minimum order, so you can buy a single item to start and reorder as your customers buy. Sign up to access reseller tools — a profit calculator, share-to-WhatsApp, and a single import workflow that triggers one sourcing flow from China per order.
Raise a claim through your orders page within 7 days of delivery if a product arrives damaged, has a defect, or doesn't match its description. Markaz reviews each case and processes a refund or replacement where applicable. Returns are handled case-by-case because the stock sits with the original Chinese supplier, but Markaz mediates the resolution on your behalf.
