Is cash on delivery available on Markaz?

Yes — cash on delivery (COD) is available on Markaz across every major Pakistani city including Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, Peshawar and Quetta. You pay in PKR only when the order arrives at your doorstep. No card, no advance payment, no separate seller verification required from your end.

How long does delivery take on Markaz?

Most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days from sellers based in Lahore, Karachi and Faisalabad. Same-city express options are available on selected products. Individual product pages show the live delivery estimate from the seller and the route — always check there for the most accurate window before checkout.

What is the return policy on Markaz orders?

Markaz offers a 7-day return window from the day your order is delivered. If the product doesn't match the description, has a defect, or doesn't fit, request a return through your orders page and the seller will arrange a pickup. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method or as Markaz wallet credit, your choice.

Can I become a reseller on Markaz?

Yes — alongside shopping for yourself, Markaz lets you resell and earn. There's no minimum order — start with a single item — and no upfront inventory, since you only buy what your customer has already paid for.

Do I need a business registration to sell on Markaz?

No business registration is required to start reselling on Markaz. You can sign up with a Pakistani mobile number, list products to your WhatsApp and social channels using the share tools, and start earning a margin on every order your customers place. Markaz handles the supplier transaction, shipping and customer support behind the scenes.
