• 3. Mix 2 parts Developer with 1 part Blonder Powder (2:1 ratio).
• 4. Add 1 teaspoon of Soothing Lotion and 1 teaspoon of Face Shiner (optional).
• 5. Blend until you get a smooth, creamy texture.
• 6. Apply generously to your face in a thick layer.
• 7. Let it sit for 15 minutes, then rinse off.
• 8. Reapply moisturizer for a soft, hydrated finis
